Inner child healing reconnects us with a wounded element of ourselves: the child within. When we reconnect with this fragmented part of ourselves, we can begin to discover the root of many fears, phobias, insecurities, and sabotaging life patterns.

When we push away our pain, feelings, or memories, we repeat the invalidation and abandonment of the past. Our inner child deserves the work of coming back, being with feeling, and loving it wholeheartedly and unconditionally.

By connecting with your inner-child, you gain access to unhealed wounds and needs that may not have been met when you were a child. These childhood traumas can impact your capacity for self-love as a result of stress trapped in the body.

This inner child healing session consists of a two-part journey.

Part One- An energy Reiki healing and cleansing followed by an integration period.

Part Two- A shamanic guided journey to re-connect with your inner child for radical deep healing.
