After my personal experience in a toxic marriage and five-year High Conflict Divorce, I have gained an understanding of the ins and outs of divorcing a narcissist, family court, and co-parenting. This is an emotional roller coaster of a journey and my hope is to prepare you, empower you to help you heal and thrive during and after your divorce. These sessions are a combination of my ICF transformational coaching training, my wisdom as an intuitive and shamanic energy healer, and all the knowledge I have learned along the way from my own divorce experience.
